Honoring the Fallen at KKP
Prior to the burial, a ceremony honoring Ferry Irawan was held at the Madidihang Auditorium, Maritime and Fisheries Business Academy (AUP) in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The event commenced at 09:09 WIB and was led by the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Wahyu Sakti Trenggono.
Ferry was buried alongside Captain Andy Dahananto, the pilot of the ill-fated ATR 42-500, and Yoga Naufa. Family members of all three victims were present at the ceremony, seated in the front row, visibly overcome with grief. Before the formal procession began, relatives approached the coffins, expressing their anguish.
