Authorities have charged the driver, Adeniyi mobolaji Kayode, 46, with causing death by dangerous driving at Sagamu Magistrates’ Court on Friday. police sources confirmed to the BBC that Kayode was granted bail of 5 million naira (approximately £2,578) and remains in custody pending fulfillment of bail conditions.
