Sanaviation Accident: Victim Delivered to Design Bureau on New Year’s Day

Ryazan region’s air ambulance service launched its first mission on January 1, responding to a serious traffic collision. The swift deployment of the Ansat helicopter underscores the region’s commitment to rapid emergency medical care, particularly in remote areas.

The helicopter was dispatched to the scene of the accident to evacuate a patient suffering from multiple injuries. The individual was promptly transported to the Regional Clinical Hospital for advanced treatment, highlighting the crucial role of air ambulances in stabilizing and delivering critically injured patients.

The incident necessitating the air ambulance’s inaugural flight occurred on December 31 in the Aleksandro-Nevsky district. A collision involving two vehicles resulted in two fatalities and left two others with injuries of varying severity. Authorities have initiated a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

The regional Ministry of Health confirmed the successful first flight, signaling a new era of enhanced emergency response capabilities for the Ryazan region.
